About

Tracy is a 37 year old woman living with Cystic Fibrosis. She has been married for 12 years to her husband, Chad.  Tracy was diagnosed with infertility, which led to the adoption of her daughter (her biological niece) and a shocking pregnancy after 11 years of trying. She is a registered nurse, a stay-at-home mother, and has been a military spouse for many years. She's excited to share stories of her life including the medical breakthrough that changed her whole world. 

This podcast is about RESILIENCE.

 Breathing It Out will include conversations with Tracy and her loved ones about living with cystic fibrosis and how that has impacted so many aspects of her life and theirs.  They'll talk about some of their most difficult challenges, how they got through it, and things they learned along the way.  

This podcast is about HOPE.

Tracy will talk about some of the lowest points in her life, including how her health deteriorated over time, some serious mental health struggles, and how she and her husband experienced infertility for nearly 11 years.  But, she will also talk about how she clung to hope, even in her darkest days, and how a new medication changed her whole life.

This podcast is about LOVE. 

You will hear the endless love and support from those closest to Tracy through the stories that they share.  You will hear the love story between Tracy and her husband, Chad -  how they met, how they have struggled, how he feels about having a wife with cystic fibrosis, and how they're doing today. You will also hear the love Tracy has for her children and how her family came to be. Despite many challenges in Tracy's life, she has always been surrounded by love and that is what has gotten her through the hardest times. It's also what has made the greatest times that much sweeter.
